How to have more energy

With almost four decades of experience in health and wellness, a recurring theme that I have come across again and again is a request for more energy. Most recently, I hear of people wanting to rid themselves of the brain fog and lethargy that they are experiencing.

How can we snap out of this and regain our energy that we feel we have lost?

How can we regain this energy without the use of caffeine or other stimulants?

What can we use that is safe, nutrient dense, and most importantly, won’t give us that awful feeling of jitters?

We first must explore what real energy is and where it comes from.

Real energy comes from a number of places, but firstly, it is important to differentiate between natural and artificial energy. Highly caffeinated or high stimulant drinks, for example, are not what we would consider to be energy.

These products give us a false sense of energy which then lead us to an undesirable crash. The short-term experience of energy has a long-term cost that we ultimately want to avoid.

Using products with high levels of stimulants can result in burned out adrenal glands as well as lower energy levels.

You therefore have to drink more caffeine to regain that feeling of energy. Hence begins the cycle of diminishing returns and chasing that caffeine high.

Alternatively, if we focus on our cells’ mitochondria, which provide us with energy, we will experience greater overall benefits. When our cells are operating at an optimal level, our energy levels become naturally elevated. Higher stress levels can also contribute to lower energy levels as well as affect brain function and so, stress is an important factor to consider as well.

Clean energy not only doesn’t have the downsides of stimulants, but it has so many upsides.

I use a totally clean energy product that gives me the lift I need.

The ingredients of the GO formula promote the creation of acetylcholine which is a neurotransmitter that can access the blood brain barrier. Essentially, it protects our brain from what is harmful. In addition, optimal levels of acetylcholine are also crucial to the transmission of information from our body to our brain.

It therefore can impact performance and increase reaction time.

Check out this video for why I love that we found a way to increase our energy without the jitters.

Because we are interested in optimizing mitochondrial function, we use caffeine as a catalyst versus a stimulant. This helps to improve neurotransmitter production and utilization versus overstimulating the body and causing it to crash.

Clean energy is sustainable and balanced and avoids the downfalls of high caffeine consumption.

The GO formula also contains no sugar which prevents the sugar crash as well. Our brains continue to generate brain cells throughout our lives which makes nourishing those brain cells all the more important.

Exercise, sleep, the outdoors as well as relationships are critical to brain health.

The nutrition that we provide our brain is also extremely important.

What we eat directly affects how our brain cells function as well as their long-term health. Having a product with no sugar also affects insulin levels which in turn affects brain function. The ingredients of the GO formula have incredible health benefits.

In particular, L-Theanine is an amino acid that improves the function of our brain while also helping us to relax. L-Tyrosine is another amino acid that is essential to neurotransmitters in our brain which can help to elevate our mood.

GO is a tremendous product suitable for a variety of lifestyles. It is a healthy alternative to caffeine and other stimulants.

Most importantly, it optimizes overall brain health.

You really can’t go wrong.

Say goodbye to brain fog and lethargy and say hello to taking care of your brain in a healthy and scientifically proven way.

Taking care of our brains is a big deal, maybe now more than ever, and it is easy to do with a product like GO in combination with healthy and balanced diet and exercise.
