Supplement with collagen

You may have noticed that supplementing with collagen is one of my favorite topics. But with endless benefits and research to share, can you blame me? Collagen supports the health and wellness of everyone but is especially important for those with diabetes. This blog will focus on why I believe we must supplement with collagen.

Collagen is deeply reparative to the entire body.

It repairs soft tissue and so, all of the major organs are impacted. Collagen makes up 90% of connective tissues. It has proven to improve digestion and heal leaky gut. The root cause of all disease, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes included, is inflammation

Type 1 diabetes is an auto-immune condition, and it is reversible. Most medical professionals will not tell you that.

The collagen and hyaluronic acid matrix technology impacts all things auto immune. Anything that falls into the category, such as Type 1 diabetes, will be positively affected because the collagen and HA matrix will offset inflammation in the body.

Lifestyle choices also have a huge impact.

The food we eat, etc. affects inflammation in our bodies. This includes food allergies, sensitivities, bacteria and viruses.

Liquid BioCell is hands down, my favorite collagen product.  It supports the body in reducing inflammation.

Many that are affected by diabetes suffer from an overgrowth of yeast or candida and their microbiome is completely out of whack. This increases sugar cravings which continues the negative cycle. The gut lining is also weak and compromised.

Supplementing with liquid collagen will help to repair this issue.

Any collagen will do so, but Liquid BioCell is like collagen on steroids in terms of positively impacting leaky gut. When you are faced with needles and pills and remedies that are merely treating symptoms versus solving the underlying issue, it just isn’t sustainable. Collagen is the key. In a matter of weeks, people will experience results. Collagen offers the following:

  • a source of protein that has no blood sugar impact
  • improves digestion and heals the gut
  • supports soft tissue
  • makes up 90% of connective tissue and organic bone

In terms of protein support for those living with diabetes, this liquid collagen labeled Pure, has protein with zero impact on blood sugar.

The options to supplement with collagen are endless, and the benefits are plentiful.

Supplementing with liquid collagen will not only add more quality protein to your diet but can also strengthen hair, skin, nails, and boost joint health. It firms and tones skin, turns back the hands of time, and reverses the signs of aging. There really is nothing to lose and so much to gain.

Replenishing collagen through supplementation is a no brainer

While there are food sources of collagen, we just can’t eat enough of these types of foods to meet the levels of collagen that we need.

As we age, we lose collagen and in order to maintain overall health and wellness, our source of collagen needs to be supplemented. This is especially important for those that are diabetic. Reduced inflammation, increased protein with no impact to blood sugar. These are all great benefits, especially since they address what a lot of people with diabetes struggle with including poor digestion and joint discomfort.

You won’t regret learning to supplement with collagen and adding it to and within, your lifestyle and routine.

The improvements will speak for themselves.
